The James Island Presbyterian Foundation Board generally meets at 6:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
The Board of Deacons generally meets the 4th Thursday of each month (although it is occasionally rescheduled). The Deacons meet in the JIPC cafe.

The Session has called a Congregational Meeting to be held at the end of the 10:15am worship service for the purpose of acting on a report from the Nominating Committee to elect a PNC (Pastor Nominating Committee); and to receive and act upon a report from the Buildings & Grounds Committee regarding a Special Projects Fund. This meeting was initially scheduled for July 23 and postponed by action of session.
