Effective September, 2021, the Mission & Outreach Committee meets the first Tuesday of each month, at 5:30pm to plan ways that we can GIVE, SERVE, and SHARE as a congregation.
The Journey We generally deliver and share dinner with cadets participating The Journey College Ministry on a monthly basis. Our schedule for Spring Semester 2023 is Jan 30, Feb 20, Mar 20, and Apr 10.
The 2nd Tuesday Circle generally meets in the church cafe on the second Tuesday of each month during the school year, from 10:30 am – 12:00 noon. The members also choose the lesson book each year. On the 4th Sunday of each month, we invite our congregants to BRING IT FORWARD for James Island Outreach during our offertory time of worship. Bring nonperishable foods along with your weekly offering to the front of the church along with our worshipers. Those so wishing may have the ushers receive their offering at their seats.
