On Saturday, July 6, we will join St. James Presbyterian in planting our four peace posts in our cemeteries! We need people to dig holes, set posts, pour concrete, and secure the post sleeves over the 4×4 posts, as well as others to clear brush and do some pruning around the posts. Many hands make light work, so please join in! Bring a shovel, pruners, gloves, a level, a post hole digger, or anything else you would find useful. Most of all, bring YOURSELF!
Also mark your calendars for Sunday, July 14, when we will host a double church celebration at 11:45am after worship. We will have a meal, dedicate the posts, and share fellowship with each other and with our friends in faith from St. James. This is a very special, historic day, so please plan to be here!
